My model is equipped with a Mercury Magnetics transformer, the original was undersized and renowned for its fragility. If we change it, the price is forgotten, the quality remains.

UTILIZATION

SOUNDS

Bright switch: reading, the sound becomes slamming and aggressive. Not ideal when playing all alone. there is no need to add a treble guitar lacking and especially when we play as a group to decide in the mix depending on the sound environment without necessarily play louder.

16 ohm output: Connecting a speaker to the output section of the HP 8 ohms combo. the result is astonishing for a 15w, even with a 4x12. With a cab 112 EVM 12L (Electrovoice) is breathtaking.

HP Integrated: Some replace the original Celestion. I think it is not necessary, but might be tempted to try, just to see.

OVERALL OPINION

I use this amp for four years for regular use in semi-pro musician and home to the average volume for the SWING of ROCK, FUNK.

UTILIZATION

I use a Vigier Excalibur and it helps for a good sound. In any case it comes out of his own grave deeper and trs. Compar a laney LC15 of cash I find it much better distortion in between and your exact trs is good.
