Published on 04/05/13 at 16:32
Value For Money : Poor
All tube amp

Refer to manufacturer's specifications.

Points: no reverb, presence of a switch for switching a power of 0.1 watt (!)

UTILIZATION

Configuration is very simple, it's basic Marshall.
The manual is very clear and short: there is not much to explain.
We obtain easily a good sound.

SOUNDS

So I just got it so I do not really have to walk around but I think my opinion may help some people who do not have the opportunity to try to decide the order or not.

So I unpacked the beast, I balance it in a 12 inch HP Jensen.
First watt is just huge. Apartment so I can not test the amp in the first place (assuming it takes to put the volume up for the sound)

I turn, therefore I switch 0.1W. Should know that the 0.1watt is just huge ...
Clearly not an amp apart, but there is a but.
It is quite possible to play on channel 1 with the volume turned leaving the gain quarter, the volume is very reasonable. I will not play at 4 in the morning but during the day / evening no problem.
If you want to use a distortion pedal, no doubt that this will clear the case appart low volume.

And I'm on the Q. Sounds clear Marshall always make me there and this one is no exception. This is very good, very hot, it burns very dynamic character. Much is said about Fender cleans but personally sounds clear Marshall impress me often. Brief matter of taste.

For hi gain, not possible to test without leaving a note of apology in the hallway so I abstain.
Attention, it is quite possible to generate a big crunch at low volume without being noticed, but the idea was to bring the volume up to seek the maximum amplification lamps and Marshall get the juice as desired.
But I've seen enough demos on the net to know he has the grain I search and I could make the background repet. Has quite the level to impose a battery in my opinion .

Crunches for this is pretty much the same, it's fast too strong so I can not give my opinion either.

OVERALL OPINION

Strengths:

Playable-clear sound at maximum volume remaining in the apartment nails.
His extraordinary light-even in this configuration
Its bright-light with a distortion pedal
-2 Channels, footswitch and effects loop.

Weaknesses:

-Crunch or unplayable HighGain volume 10 apartment without making enemies
-No reverb
-The price for 1watt.

My overall opinion is that once I bought it to put it back at me HighGain but it's still a very good head However, the use of which is a little bastard (or really flat, not really together, not really Cheap and no reverb).
