Preamp and amp with two 12AX7 with a 12AU7
adjusting bass, treble.
2 position switch: bright mode with EQ, crystalline sounds, thick cut mode sends the EQ is very fast saturation coarse.

SOUNDS
With these tweaks, you can get after the guitar used a palette of sounds, ranging from crystalline clean the Vox (Chimy they say the English), the clean crisp crunch to the dirty and downright bluesy rock to ZZTop thick mode.
All my guitars are ringing, with his Telecaster pickups Nocaster, at P90 Telecaster, Start, Hagstrom Viking Classic with Gibson 57 ... plain as crunch.
This is not an amp for metal, the sounds are more shall we say vintage but not too either.
The grain is fine and bright mode mode lumpy thick, delicious.
The Master is very effective. He takes out the overdrive and distortion pedals.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for a week after trying 3 times length in store.
Finally a small lamp made for practice at home and record! The sounds are very convincing and exciting especially if you did not buy the bundle with the small cab at 10 'which sounds poorly. In a 1x12, it's already something else right away, more present, more male, more fullness. It sounds like a great grave!
Attention, with its small mouth model, it sends serious if need be, what you yelled at by your neighbors, but the master being very efficient, you can cruncher at conversation volume with pleasure.
The headphones output only works if you disconnect the cable from HP. So you play in silence with speaker simulation, which significantly improves the ordinary by connecting directly to your sound card! And it sounds great!. This is unfortunately the minijack, certainly not to be confused with the hp output but with a 6.35 jack adapter horizontally, put a small wedge to avoid bending the catch: the sound is very correct, because no effect dry but it is better to add the desired amount of effects to the mix is much better!
Frankly, what a joy to play madden a whole neighborhood without lights, your falmille or your girlfriend or for silent recording. I prefer very strongly to the Pod and other Tonelab (I own too), the grain and the dynamics are much more authentic game like listening and for the price of a big pedal, do not bother to deny!
