SOUND QUALITY

The sound is very good

SOUND QUALITY

This pedal is the "Overdrive" to me.
I do not gain goes wrong and serious mid + treble leaving far behind and there was a great sound crunchy and serious, with a hallucinatory presence that you drill the guts!

The quality is Submitted, is probably the brand for sth! I use it mainly with my Mayones Setius gtm, which is mounted with a neck pickup SH2. Trs effective single coil, with just under double. has depends what one looks like her.

OVERALL OPINION

UTILIZATION

SOUND QUALITY

I play and the shades are fully respected.
After using The Boss OD2, the Ibanez tube screamer of a multi digitech effect, but also a Korg AX1000G, no doubt this pedal is the best I have encountered. Even distortion in depth, the game is fully respected. It's extraordinary.

Obviously the price is a lack of sustain.
If one wishes to sustain more, see the feeback, I put a fuzz before this one, and

With the gain to a minimum and the guitar volume knob slightly reduced, the sound is super clear and without distortion, to serve as a preamp for the mixing desk.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it with a Telecaster, a Start, a Yamaha Super Start, a
Ibanez Artist and a Fender Twin Reverb amp.

Super clean and the sound of my Twin sone come a Marshal!

the config looks simple but the EQ knobs are very sensitive, the progressive mega drive is up to 12 was an overdrive with a grain really bluesy, it climbs beyond distortion.

not so easy to use that here in the early days, it then becomes more instinctive, it responds perfectly to the volume of the guitar which is essential to master.

The manual is reduced to almost nothing as always with EHX, I admit that I loved examples of presets to start but no regrets ...

SOUND QUALITY

The overdrive is great, really special with a grain, this pedal is anything but neutral.
the dynamics are great, and it responds well to be precise in highlighting the faults of the game, which does not necessarily please everyone ...!

The bypass is 100% transparent and the whole is incredibly quiet, no breath, no buzz.

I use it with an Ibanez RG-505 on the single (3), or in positions 2 or 4 for more aggressive rock.
Back in a combo Tonelab / Atomic 112, it took me an hour before finding balance settings to enjoy 100% this pedal.
I see the result in my config and I guess it really has eploser in a real tube amp!

I'm an add-on to me after 3 weeks of use, this pedal is great, FINALLY sound for me, just me, I can not hear every day (according to the boss ds-1, BD- 2 and SD-1!)

my favorite so far was the BD-2 operatinginstructions Monte, but even the great Boss is not as good as living Français Muff'n!
What I like least: the EHX is huge, even bigger than my Metal Muff, and in three dimensions must be provided a bag just for her when we move!

A reasonable value if like me you buy it in Canada or US, 130 € with shipping costs + 10 € adapter 220-110v in Europe the prices of luxury pedals are a scam, thank you for importers and other wholesalers / intermediaries who until sugar diabetes!

If it were lost or stolen, or broken, I would definitely look for another!

The Electro Harmonix Français Muff'n is a distortion pedal.

It uses two lamps (Electro Harmonix).
Provided with specific adapter 12 V. Note: you can not use batteries.

UTILIZATION

Use: super simple, turn the knobs. (Input Gain, Output Gain, bass / middle / aspen)

SOUND QUALITY

This is the best pedal distortion / overdrive / gain / Booster I've ever tried. It gives her a very hot respects the sound of guitars. It lets you use the guitar volume while keeping the momentum. Anything goes: Hendrix, ACDC, SRV, Red Hot Chilli Peper, but also sounds kind 'Britpop'. It is incredible.

It feels great to use a tube amp, but with a gain knob that is graduated to 25.

However, this pedal is not suitable for Metal and Hard styles. For jazz, eventually it can work if you use simple microphone and you turn down the gain.

OVERALL OPINION

It's a great pedal, the sound is exceptional.

THE PROBLEM:

I do not know if it's random, but I had to return two times this pedal to my dealer. After using 2 / 3 days, I had a sudden loss of half of the gain and volume. The pedal was losing its appeal. I do not know if it has lights or power, but the transformer is often quoted on the forums to be very fragile.

If we forget this, I think this pedal is essential to your equipment.
