I bought this product there is now a year, the era acqurir I wanted a mid-range sound card because I lanais in the computer music.

Now I use it like this:
- XLR Microphone Cable between the MIC INPUT 1 to record my voice
- RCA Cables Speaker (converted to jack) active monitoring MAIN LR
- Cable PHONES jack in the headset to work
- Jack cable from my mixer to LINE INPUT 1 / 2 (which allow me to record my mix, my vinyls, and especially of m'vitent always unplug the cables of the speakers as I made or mix)
- And of course the USB cable ^ ^

My computer is running Windows XP with an Athlon processor, 2 GB of RAM, an ASUS motherboard and a good hard drive 300 GB

UTILIZATION

For six months I could not work with this sound card (except on my software computer music, but not on Windows, Auadacity, Virtual DJ, Soundforge ...). This silent for a confilt between Io2 and ... my webcam (Logitec).
Since the complte rebooted my computer and disabling the webcam works without any problem, any problem of installation!
The device configuration is simple: just gain knobs, some switches (whose functions are not very complicated) and a mlangeur source (direct through line, USB via the USB cable ... ^ ^)

OVERALL OPINION

J'apprcie:
- The simplicity of this device (apart from my webcam problem ...)
- Design (beautiful on a desk, but watch out for scratches and stains!)
- Ergonomics (knobs of good quality barmtre prcis ...)
- MIDI connectors (I'll ending for use: p)

I dislike:
- Having to unplug the microphone input to be able to insert the sound or guitar (priority on micro line apparently) while there is a switch ...
- The microphone that records in mono: s
- Always pushing the gain knobs to maximum ...

I think I even do it again right choice, because it is good quality and trs offers good connections! Also the price still baissle report quality price is unbeatable!
