Topic How Can I Get This Thing to Work!
So I bought the Scarlett Solo 2nd gen a few weeks ago for a class I'm taking, and haven't used it until the other day. I downloaded the latest driver from the website, connected it to my laptop, and tried to use it, first in FL Studio 12. It didn't work. All that would happen was I'd hit record and it would start "recording" a silent clip around bar 30. I did some searching and messing around and I got it working "mostly" in FL Studio 12. My issue is with Pro Tools 12.8.1. I've gone into my playback engine, selected "Focusrite USB ASIO". I've done the 3 steps or so on the Focusrite website to setup the I/O. It still refuses to record any actual audio, only silent clips. What am I doing wrong?
