My tascam 2488 is being repaired, I decided to switch to the recording on Sonar 8 ... with a PC that does not last cries, I needed a good sound card ...

Why UX2? for its extensive powers of connection: jy connects all! scratches, bass, synth, vocal microphone ...

the big capital gain, which decided my choice: the software PODFARM! but I will detail below ...

The look is black class, although I would have preferred a metal case instead of plastic ...

against black spot by: NO MIDI IN / OUT!

UTILIZATION

A) you have to find a computer with internet at least to activate the product if it ko! So I took my UX2 to enable it to work (because no connection at home)

b) when activated, copy specific files on a USB key to put them back home to make it work ...

I have good gallery a bit to find it all (because quibble is the site of line 6 to find the info ...)

c) once installed, it works nickel!

GETTING STARTED

Drivers hyper stable latency ZERO!

I've tested so far that the recording of two tracks simultaneously (but apparently you can go up to 6?)

I use it with Sonar 8 I also discovered ... within 5 minutes everything was perfectly set up and operational

OVERALL OPINION

And the sound?? I use a Rocktron Prophesy live 2 which gives me satisfaction, I was disappointed with the Vetta 2 so I had some appréention ... and there's no good to say Line 6 has really improved:

it's just amazing what you can do with the software pod farm! super intuitive, and sounds really top that can be very quickly and easily (without going into tons of submenus ...)!

We talk too few votes, but the effects are top notch! and for the rest (bass, guitar), the possibilities are really huge ... and really fun to watch.

I will remake this choice without hesitation!
