What characteristics have motivated your choice?
Quality Converto / preamp
the number of input / output
With which instruments or systems (console, preamp, DTD ...) and you use the connection with what? ...
I did catch guitar, bass and vocals in separate (and thus require little input) and then I add the battery with Superior Drummer
For what purpose?
What is your config (Motherboard / CPU / Ram / Disk ,...)?

yes
They are often updated?
Since I've been there 's an update
What software do you use most often?
Cubase
How many tracks do you manage to record / playback simultaneously? ..
In a recording, no need for now
Playing for now I have a project that contains 20 tracks and no problems
What latency you get?
Remember, but very low
No problem to play with monitoring

The total demand mix a little time to adapt
Have you experienced any incompatibilities?
No
The manual is clear and sufficient? ...
Clearly if you are bilingual, the manual is only in English and German: (
Well I managed to Sort this out in the facility without being good in English, so it's possible
But for a more pointed this would be quite a small manual in French, eh gentlemen home RME?
OVERALL OPINION

Did you try many other models before getting this one?
I also have a Hoontech DSP24, and it's good for me day and night, then certainly there's no the same number of entry, but the quality is by appointment.
What thing do you like most/least about it?
Ascending: The Sound, Total Mix, ease of adjustment (a large button that is used for everything)
Le: The cable connector looks a bit fragile anyway, but I just handled with care and so far so good
What is your opinion about the value for the price?
A bit expensive but hey, you have what it takes and there's something for his money.
I also noticed the Apogee Duet, but hey I'm on PC not possible.
Knowing what you know now, would you make the same choice?
