OVERALL OPINION
Sorry for not sharing the enthusiasm around this map, but for me the RME Babyface is a small disappointment.
I expected a lot of promises made by RME about the low latency of the map. But I never managed to open a project just so that no output or crackle "hoquettent" even with the settings from the highest buffer (2048 samples at 48 KHz !!!).
Some argue that my laptop is suffering from a bad configuration. Maybe .... But I will make note still a small Behringer UCA 222 (twenty times less expensive!) Took charge of these projects on the same laptop without flinching ...
Config: MacBookPro 13 "(2010) in Bootcamp with Windows XP SP3
