I needed a portable card, self-powered with phantom power. She was sold secondhand for 50 €.

I tried it on Mac OS X and Windows 8

Input / Output G+ D or two inputs, one mono HiZ equipped with XLR / Jack combo (for both).

Unfortunately, one of my cards Jack did not want to leave, so I broke one of the inputs that are no longer usable in XLR. Okay, I did used for microphones.

UTILIZATION

Whether with Logic, Cubase it is very stable and a good latency + / - 9 ms. On Windows I had some small problems with the frequency that does not match Cakewalk Sonnar X2. Also, as is always the case for the USB devices, the latency is higher under Windows. Difficult to go below 15ms (I / O).

GETTING STARTED

Easy to install and use immediately, the settings are succinct. No Mac OS X and resolution / frequency under Windows.

Very easy to use and seems robust (if not the XLR / Jack combo).

OVERALL OPINION

A few days of intensive use enough to give a good idea of the product. Apart from the problem of connectors, the interface is very good, especially for the price.

Quality mic preamp and guitar input are good.

The sound quality is very good (for the price).

It is an excellent companion for mobile music and more.

She is very friendly and pleasant to use.

In short, a good bill for a ridiculously low price.
