It is a Chinese guitar (not surprising for the price), 24 frets, 1 BC Rich BDSM Pick-Up, ToM bridge with strings through-type, 1 volume + 1 tone, Bolt-on maple neck.
The wood of the body I do not know really what it is, it is very light, between the wood crate and Agathis. The finish is pretty good on the body, but poor on the handle (after a little over 4 years, the back of the neck is filled with dark greenish tasks, it's really not nice, but do not interfere game). The inlays are not upgraded (they seem to have been after radiusage.
Otherwise the rest is not bad for a guitar at this price.

UTILIZATION

The neck is very pleasant to the touch (besides the problem of inlays described above), with access to acute tip top!
To me ergonomics is nickel, the guitar is very light and well balanced, certainly too small for some, but I like a lot. The handle is all alone in the hand is really nice.
For the sound I had tried with the original microphone that I have not left for long as I recovered in the store directly with an EMG 81. The sound is at once very aggressive, very clean, but lacks body. Today I played with an EMG 85 is already better, anyway it's a plug and play guitar, one pick-up, if possible, while thoroughly and balance. Mememe by playing with the knobs is very hard to have a clear drinking, but it's not really what I want when I hold this guitar in hand.

SOUNDS

I play mainly metal and this guitar is made for it, so it sticks.
I play without effect plugged into a Peavey Triple X from home (which I bought at the same time).
As said above it connects and it plays is not the kind of guitar that takes as its versatility. For the big sound is nickel for sounds clear I really do not.
I remember that since I have it mounted in EMG (81, then 85 more recently). I do not know what it's worth with the original pick-up as it was changed immediately at purchase).
I'd love to try it with SH13, if one day I do the modifications I'll update my post.

OVERALL OPINION

It's been a little over 4 years since I bought this guitar. I took it mostly for its looks, I do not expect to get sound with this guitar. It was a little bonus when I bought my amp. The value for money is really not bad at all, bought € 333 I am not disappointed. The only problem just finishing the race that was botched. I think we can not find this kind of defects today for a guitar of this price. Compared to my home Cort X6 in the same price bought a year earlier, it is still below at all levels. But I think it's really a guitar suddenly of heart, quite original in look and is not seen in every corner.
I think I would do this choice, it was really just to please me, not a huge investment. I still play regularly on it today, then it depends on the periods ...
