In which country was it made? Korea
How many frets, 22
What kind of microphone? 2 EMG 81 bridge and 60 neck
What type of bridge? traversing strings and tune-o-matic
What are the settings? volume, tone, 3-position selector
What kind of stick? U maple neck stuck very well finished
Guitar high quality, excellent finish, has played nice and looked!!

UTILIZATION

The handle is it enjoyable? handle very comfortable in any position, not just for shred like other typical metal brand! top!
Access to acute (recent freight) is it easier? set neck heel + = virtually no access to super acute
Ergonomics is it good? well balanced guitar sitting as standing, weight more than reasonable
Gets it easy to sound good? any question! EMG!! It sends harsh, but the 60 has beautiful clean sound! one begins to quickly Hetfield!

SOUNDS

Are they suitable for your style of music? yes even if I do not like metal, but it is also great rock, hard rock and heavy metal in the well. handle can be tasted in the crunch and clean but it is not or it is the best.
With what (s) amplifier (s) or effect (s) do you play? bugera V5 (lamps) that good crunch blues rock with 60 quick and very rock with 81 pod 2 + calrsbro rebel (transistor) that the shipment of heavy cavalry!
What kind of sound you get and with what settings ("crystalline", "bold", ....)? power, heat, accurate and high definition EMG says it all!
What are the sounds you prefer, you hate? metal and hard in 81, the crunch and clean at 60.

OVERALL OPINION

• How long have you been using? 2 months, but I dreamed and wait for years (I dreamed of exploring with white EMG) LTD makes with great quality! the graphic limited edition bonus! but it is like it or not, I love the rare model!
• What is special that you like most and least? a beautiful interpretation of the great explorer, well equipped, worthy to be in the hands of James Hetfield!
• Did you try many other models before buying it? jackson, ibanez, but they handle the typical shred too! not for riffeur / rythmicien handle esp / ltd and more comfortable in all situations, even kirk uses I have a KH grassroot.
• How would you rate quality / price ratio? excellent!!
• With experience, you do again this choice? yes!!!!
