Echo-Pad is a multi-effect processor for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad that allows you to add, via Audiobus and inter-app audio on iOS 7, tape echo, various delays (stereo, Shimmer, Oil Can), multi-tap, decimator, flanger, distortion and many other effects. A Motion Looper allows for recording and automating the movements made on a XY pad, and with the Scratch Loopers, you can scratch recordings and imported audio files. An audio looper allows for capturing samples, processing and resampling them.
Echo-Pad also supports AudioCopy/Paste and AudioShare/iTunes sharing.
The app is available for $1.99 on the AppStore.
Based on the same XY pad concept, Swoopster is a fuzz, flanger and vibrato effect for iPad only and has a special introductory price of $2.99. You can use it to process in real time virtual instruments in other apps via inter-app audio and Audiobus. You can even output the effect through a compatible external audio interface.
The app features 4 XY touch pads on which you will control the effect speed, fuzz amount and flanger feedback independently for right and left channels. Another Tweak mode features large sliders and allow you to adjust advanced effect parameters.
