Config Hard / soft very stable (4.33 ms latency) and yet extremely stable (although I rowed for many asio4all config on this particular machine Packard Bell LJ65, nVidia G210M 4GB RAM)
I'll post a quick topic on this subject because I know after much research in the forums that many of you have struggled with this machine for asio4all.
To return to this app, I passed by charlie organ, B4, B4II, Vintage Organs, extension or Hypersonic Hypersonic 2, among others ...
My favorites are B4II and GSI VB3.
I can not say which one I prefer, to be honest I use both in cubase history to have two different conceptions of modeling, but for the stage and also because I'm used to the sound of B4II I did kept the latter.
It still offers more style than the VB3 and also more settings that when we take the time to make them are very effective!
Most of VB3 However emulation is more "realistic" its leslie!
But I still preferred the stage B4II for different models, in terms of sub leslie FORTE 2 and there exists plugins realistic modeling leslie cab so I cut one of my B4 and serves as leslie emulation third insert in the couple + variety of models suited to my purpose in the sense that I am not an organist and on this point I'm just a bare minimum of very good quality!
For other organs is GARBAGE Vintage DIRECT too greedy, not given! The shame! I also liked a lot the organ Charlie but not flexible enough to use ...
Anyway, I still kept Hypersonic 2 (not the organ I assure you) for the appearance of certain sounds lovely voluntarily "CHIP" it can happen again in cubase use in composting projects ... the hypersonic still not for the scene (but it is not no?).
Config sub Forte Scarbee rhodes and wurly other clavinets pianets coupled to VKFX of Overloud B4II with a third party leslie insert, VA Minimogue exellent freeware modeling MOOG, TAL-UNO-60 still modeling freeware JUNO60 (Exellent for bass synth !) and finally Pianoteq small but very effective Plugsound pads for ...
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for a few years already, I would do this choice without hesitation is exellent value for money!
Although by the sounds of B4II usual, I am very far from having finished VB3 serve me in the studio, saw the pénuerie "good" hammond organ since the existence of these two exellentes emulation (for their time course. ..)
