Good mic, reliable, ideal for speeches, karoke, MCs.
The sound is all right (80-16000 hz), not too sensitive to feedback.
Vocals come through fine. It probably has a bump in the mids.

It has a switch at the bottom, but no mute, some handling noise, but using a mic stand solves that.
It makes a very good job ^^

Frequencies: 742.5 to 744.5 mhz (4 channels).

Ideal for conferences, live entertainment, karaoke, MCs.
A good entry-level mic with a more than decent price tag!

I bought this micro freeport (wireless voice set) a month ago. No longer stand to take me feet in the cable from my Previous micro (a JTS), I started looking for a wireless microphone. My choice CRITERIA taient those of a Student: something not too expensive but with a certain quality when even. I had indeed seen the sr Behringer ULTRALINK but also an audio technica (1400 SERIES).

Hello, I bought this wireless microphone in August 2006 I served on my benefits (sono mobile) used about 8 times.

The +: The price without hsiter, the ease of use including the selection of channels selector, the robustness of the receiving station (steel), the quality of the transmitted sound, the door, autonomy, Brand, no feedback.
The -: plop the small opening of the switch (but given as much autonomy and leave it running down between the microphone of the table) and handling noise of the body of the micro plastic ( even when it is necessary to play with to hear the noise), no carrying case with books, need a screwdriver to change the frquence use.

Report qualitprix: The real ngatif microphone is the noise handling for those who use it tend (like me) play with. Use or no problem, really nikel for the mobile sound system. I've never had a change of frequency, I've never had a pb door (ream 100 m outside with the inside of the base building, no problem), I ' have not yet had to replace the battery. I esteem trs good for animation, fine for singing but for the occasional noise scne manip seem redhibitory unless it is on one foot.

I would do without this choice problem for use in mobile disco (a buy eyes closed), a leading brand equipment, you get one branch (10s) it works nikel, no interference or loss of signal, good sound reproduction is a good choice trs. A version with a microphone sounds best being protected manip is a gem.

I just bought this mic.
It's a beautiful microphone that feels nice in your hand. I use it to record conferences, for questions from the audience (in a cinema). I needed a microphone that didn't lost connection and I'm very satisfied: No dropouts in the entire cinema, which is about 100ft big approximately. You can tell the manufacturer's know-how.
In terms of sound, it is very nice on vocals. I don't need a windscreen to avoid pops. However, it does have lots of handling noise. Very good battery life (10 hours, according to the manufacturer, but I haven't checked it).
I've had some other mics that haven't satisfied me (due to unacceptable dropouts). Very good value for money, I'd certainly buy it again, like all Sennheiser products (I have several headphones that have all satisfied me, in accordance with their price).

I bought it as a mic for presentations during shows.
I then tested it during a gig for backing vocals and the result surprised me, as well as he other members of the band.
It probably isn't the best for main vocals, but it's quite all right for backing vocals.
No dropouts even at 60 feet.
The mic's switch doesn't generate pops through the PA.
The receiver has two outputs (jack and XLR), a volume control, a Squelch control, and several LEDs (including a very useful Peak indicator).
The receiver is the same for the entire Freeport range.
I'll update my review later, but I think its features and sound clarity are amazing at this price point.
It comes with a (good quality) mic clip and thread adapter.

Update from 2011: I confirm what the manual states: It lasts exactly 8 hours with any cheap batteries.

Overall opinion
I use the microwave for 5 months and I do not regret having bought.
Before I FP35 has a `wireless microphone to another brand, the changes were soon hear the voice of claret, which reaches saturation only when you really cry very loud.
The cost of this microphone is reasonable.
The rcepteur is very quiet thanks to its small antennas.
The mic is very Algeria and solid.
Like the possibility of being able to change over 4 CHANNELS possibilities, I find no inconvnient
this product. I do it again this election if I were to buy a microphone or if I should advise SOMEBODY as this product is excellent compared its quality and its price.
