UTILIZATION
Yes the setup is simple and easy to access if you have a little read the instructions ...
edition of the sounds is "enough" simply via "utilty" ("utility" / + - / dial).
The manual is clear.

happiness! This is my second Yamaha keyboard and I must say that as my first purchase (a digital piano CP33), yamaha is simply a must for the general public (which I am). Hsit I read many posts on this type of machine, between the MM6 and the Juno D, and then ... I tested all. I'll put a notice here a little slice on the issue than those who prcedent me but I say just what I think: two keyboards just are not the same CATEGORY. The MM6 is a musical instrument in the full sense of the term, the Juno is a toy whose design is trying to forget the poverty of the sounds that the designers have attempted to flatter with a volume and surlv by an almost comical accent bass. I speak here of what seems to me be the heart of the machine to know the sounds; As for the rest (arpege, pattern, recording etc ...) that it may be that the comparison gives the advantage to juno but I admit that these are features which I have not the usefulness of which I nglig exploration. But ... I think these things are managed mainly by non IT? MM6 and Cubase LE comes with so ...
One more thing: I am in sound but I would like the title evokes the keyboard because I just made the same observation that even in my choice of CP33. I think it is impossible to judge the quality of a keyboard mcanique indpendament sounds cheeks. Let me explain, when I had selected the CP33 compared to other pianos numriques with another Yamaha but I found the keyboard of that silent prcis least, heavier . The salesman then said that I c'tait strictly the same in terms mcanique and I did not believe at the time. Verify my test again and I realized that c'tait more finesse in the response of the sound in silent because the same mcanique. Well in the case of this is obvious MM6! the echatillons are so subtle rules on the curve of the keyboard Veloci we feel that under the keys is more than a simple spring. And the comparison would be really kills the Juno D (it would be of the same interesting to know how many layers of samples were used to the sound of "piano" but I think we must be close enough two "pianissimo" and "strong").
OVERALL OPINION
I dream for 2 weeks and I use it since this morning.
What I like most: sound.
What I like least: the width (a just returned in my carrying case)
I think I have tried many before buying MODELS (all synth under 1000 euros "homestudio" and "star's music" Pigalle).
The price quality ratio is unusually good for us lev ....
Of course, I do it again this choice (in hypothse concurence continue or be below ... I respect yamaha but hey, I have nothing against the others if they are better)
