Well, I got mine for a great deal practically brand new; now I know why. I didn't try before I bought cause the price was right. Build quality was there, packaging was nice, but the pedal just sucked. BBE should probably stick to what they do best: Sonic Maximizers. This pedal was discontinued and for good reason.
I love the editing and ease of use... The value for what you get is very high... The sounds are plentiful but not the greatest.... I have owned other digital modelers and this is the most comprehensive...Although they all sound digital.... It's a good product though- especially for begi...
I like all the features....The OD Boost is nice...The reverbs are sufficient....They are all fine...If you have used Boss pedals before, that is the tone...For the price, you get a TON with this thing... I don't like the fact that it has no loop...The 4 cable method would be nice with this...It also lacks usable midi... <br...
Built like a tank....Sounds awesome...You just gotta remember not to overuse it....It sounds really great when you're on your own playing solo....But with a band, it can get hairy...Too much bass can interfere with the band's tone in general.... I'd buy another....I already own two... I tried others but BBE has it d...
Overall I would recommend this unit to anyone who needs a good, cheap multi fx unit. It's not expensive and was top of the line just a few years ago. You can squeeze some great sounds from it, thought it's a little work to program just right. It can also have tendency to steal some of the dynamics, but it's got some awesome sounds.
Another great thing about this pedal: no power is required. It is completely passive, as it should be, and functions just as well as any active pedal could. Overall, the DOD 270 is a simple, durable a/b box that is perfect for switching between two amplifiers, or for switching between two guitars. Be sure to pick up either the grey version or th...
My favorite things about the DS-1 is the simplicity and AWESOME sound. It's so versatile, and I love the grit and crunch. I have no complaints about it. It's a well built piece of equipment with a great sound. I got mine for 50 bucks. I would pay 300. If you are considering this, buy it. It's a professional piece of equipment for an amateur price.
Overall, it's hard to recommend the Rocktron Cyborg Reverb, unless you need 5 or more reverb presets, and want to quickly dial them in. Most guitarists don't have a need for so many preset spots, and would rather have more tonal controls. So it's hard to imagine who exactly needs this pedal. If you can get it cheap, check it out. I got mine on s...
This is the best Civil War clone out there hands down!
If you have to choose one in Matt's selection. I suggest you get this one.
