Purchased as a baffle for Tubemeister head. I chose the version of Celestion V30.
The construction is solid and serious. Provided the cabinet is not too heavy to carry.
The baffle is semi open to the rear, this does not prevent a good bass response without being messy.
No vibration noted by pushing the master head. It did not budge and the sound is balanced overall.
The V30 is equal to itself we like it or not like it but the cab itself does not blush in terms of quality and finish.
Considering the price and compared to other sold 100 or 200 € more expensive, it is a good plan. I tested it in front of a HK, an orange and a PPC12 Engl. Honestly though there are differences are subtle to moderate volume.
So very good cab for home use / repet / small scenes.
Note that there are different versions of HP.

Palmer offers a range of speakers mounted (in Eminence or Celestion) but also of empty cabinets in 1x12, 2x12 and 4x12.
Rates are very interesting and the quality / price probably the best currently considering making more than serious.
This cab is perfectly constructed, has excellent rigidity and justice to all HP's, from low to high end, we install. The assembly is extremely simple and takes less than 10 minutes.
I equipped the cab Eminence Cannabis Rex HP part of the range "Patriot", that is to say to the American sound of the brand. And it sounds excellently. I also tried Jensen C12Q including the surprisingly low price (48 € in Toto), the Eminence Governor and Man O War and the result is perfect too. The Cab accept without flinching high acoustic pressures while maintaining intelligibility. No spurious vibration is reported.
Of the excellent material at a ridiculous price.
