Numark announced X5, its new two-channel digital mixer borrowing from the industrial design of the Numark family of ITCH controllers, and designed to complements the V7 motorized turntable software controller.
While Numark designed X5 to fit between a pair of V7s, the two-channel mixer is compatible with all turntables, CD players and other sources.
This 24-bit mixer contains A/D and D/A circuitry and look-ahead limiters at the master, booth, and headphone.
The mixer’s professional touches include crossfader and line-fader slope and reverse controls, channel Transform triggers, repositionable phono/line switches, three-band combination EQ/kills on each channel and mini-crossfader cueing control.
Availability
X5 will be available from musical instrument and DJ retailers in Q3, 2010.
