I needed a MIDI master keyboard on now, and it was the only available, as Roland brand, after all I say why not? especially given the price. (150 €)

UTILIZATION

Impec hit for me who am not a pianist or organist. : D
config ultra simplistic, one branch, it works, nothing to say.
Personal I ^ m not open the manual.
Regret, not connected via USB, it remains a MIDI master keyboard base.

OVERALL OPINION

I have been using right now, nothing to say, no latency especially under cubase SX.
I use my controller for sequencers. (Mainly halion and FM7)
top value for money for me.
Ideal for those seeking a simple midi keyboard but recent.

I was looking for a keyboard matre noon without being ncessairement USB, compact enough, not too many options as I use it given that the lines to enter my virtual DIFFERENT instrumentals.
Level connections, it has a MIDI OUT and a jack for a sustain pedals.
He does his job, not take my head. So what I was looking ...

UTILIZATION

The key is plutt enjoyable, although it is far from a piano touch, but hey you have to know what you want.
Gnrale configuration is ultra-simple as it has given few options. It does its job reasonably well.
The manual is clear prcis, not this pb ct l. You will probably be more useful if you want to use with an expander, but to connect with a PC, no worries, it's direct, no config.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for two weeks, and it suits me well trs.
Touch is enjoyable, while remaining that of a midi keyboard not too expensive.
Its size is relative, in my little local Grable ddi sound.
The one thing that I find it best is the mod wheel and bend that does not seem to be made to last and, moreover, does not have a large amplitude.
The keyboard remains all the same a good buy for what it can do. And for beginners is a good investment under 150.

What motivated my purchase is a promo 69 euros. As I DJ several MIDI interface, no need for the USB (if that is the PC version 300 is required in the same stick).
I bought it because I had a key two octaves on my Remote 25 and my assistant would be able to compose really playing two hands.

UTILIZATION

Touch, especially for my collaborator pianist, is the home plastoc plstoc but less than my rotten Radium 61 (which I dbarass few years ago). For a soft touch type synth I prfre qsuand even that of my Novation Remote 25.
Finally it is not the same price either.

No configuration to do. I do not use that to play on the VSTi and Reason.

I have not even opened the manual.

OVERALL OPINION

I did that for three days.

What I like about it is the price (and the look, the color "champagne" nice).
It is also small and lightweight. Frankly he should accompany me on a trip.

What I like least is the dial. In pitch, it refuses to send a command to the acute and I do not see how the rgler problle. Modulation is super hard handle (compared to the joystick of Novation is the galre) and in addition, as prcdemment said the race is low trs. One sometimes gets the impression that the pitch as the modulation increases from zero on any substance, no value intermdiaire continuous (hence the 9, otherwise the price would have been 10).

For the price (69 euros, but I think it's dstockage), there's no better. Roland is when the same, they know keyboards manufactured in the same low-end.

Ideal for those who do not care about the royal USB or have in addition a control surface (eg, BCR 2000 + with this keyboard .. for less than 200 euros when it was even a great tool work that rivals the "all intgrquot. In any event, equivalent in price or M-Audio Evolution was a touch that crap then it is acceptable without being rvolutionnaire.

Any fawn, ds my budget allows me, it will be a CME UF-8 .. the class for an acceptable price. But we do not play in the same range plsu.

12:49 keyboard notes, I bought it in cash because the converter to use my midi Yamaha NP30 offered no modulation wheel.

A sustain pedal can be connected (a single jack interuptor 6.35, actually. It's on / off without escalation).

Touch is a touch keyboards. Nothing to do with a piano, of course, no more than touch "dynamic" of my NP-30, but you know you do not buy this kind of material to feel the impressions of a Steinway.

You can not really talk about config. The tweaks are easy to understand, but unfortunately associated one by one wheel.

OVERALL OPINION

20/08/11:
Used for a year is my second master keyboard. Its wheel running on two axes can bring the expressiveness in the game

It controls the sequencer VSTi my expander and a FB-01 and does very well what I expect of him. It looks sturdy and has no mechanical problems.

I do not know how much it was sold as new, but on occasion at low prices, it is a matter that I probably do it again, except to turn to a more material for steering with integrated controllers and a range a little more extent that its 49 notes.

I recommend it anyway.

Touch is not the best, but for that price, it is convenient, you get used to fast

I bought it second hand so no manual, but not even needed! Midi keyboard that is limited to its basic functions.

OVERALL OPINION

One month.

What thing do you like most/least about it?

Pros: small, light, pitch bend, batteries.

Cons: It does not seem very hard anyway, but at the same time, it is small and lightweight so it can parraitre normal.

Value for money.

I saw that it cost around 90 € in nine. It's a can excessive for my taste for this keyboard, but considering the price which I bought myself on occasion (30), I am satisfied.

Knowing what you know now, would you make the same choice?

I think not, I went on a model with a heavy piano keys. But I still keep this keyboard because I intend to use it for my travels, so very convenient!
