Audio Electric Research has recently begun shipping the Alpha Plus in North America.
Based on the Alpha, the Alpha Plus incorporates a bigger cabinet and increases the power output from 40W to 50W, providing greater volume and extended headroom, the company says.
The Alpha Plus has a single 8" twin-cone speaker, a single channel, three band tone controls, and digital reverb effect.
The Alpha Plus’ back panel houses the footswitch, effects send and return, DI output, line output and headphone output sockets.
Pricing & Availability
Musiquip, the USA distributor of AER, has already begun shipping the Alpha Plus to authorized AER dealers. Retail price is at $1129.
