ADAM A3X Review - The Tiny ADAM
An ADAM speaker for under $300? Yes, what used to be a dream is now reality thanks to the small A3X equipped with a 4.5" woofer and the German manufacturer's famous ribbon tweeter. Does it have everything a big speaker has?
GabyMV's review (This content has been automatically translated from French)" effective!"
choice: historical brand, already worked on the A5 and very satisfied
frequency curve: good medium neutrality acute, a little rich in the low end.
dynamic: good response, power and clarity
Stereo: rather broad and fine
Overall quality: clear and warm, round and not enough metal.
I've used 1 year and it was my first personal monito.
with hindsight I would do the choice Adam
Quality / Price: unbeatable

I use them in a home studio for mixing my songs plugged in out of my mbox.
The sound is very neutral, almost perfect sound, it just lacks a bit low but good for pregnant 3 "let's not quibble.
I use them for 6 months and I will change it for anything in the world, the value for money is very good again this is the only monitor in this price range. In short it was and it's still a very good choice.
ps: they can buy from the dealer is going to want to pass the artist3 but we must insist that there worth.

I use it in a home studio nearfield.
I use the output of a Fast Track Ultra.
These speakers sound great, are fairly low étonemment present for the size of HP. Highs are different bcp monitor this range because of a ribbon tweeter, tweeters provides comfort really valuable for long plays.
The stereo is very good even though it should place the speakers.
the sound is clear and precise even at low volumes this AUI is perfect for studio monitors.
I use them for 1 ½ months, I listened to them in the store I could compare the speakers of the same price range of ac KRK, Genelec, Yamaha HS80, the Adam A5X.
The KRK was not too bad but the tweeter adam is more enjoyable for me, the HS80 are really good, but I do not have room and are too powerful for my home studio. Genelec does not convince me at all I found them weak and rough ... I have not found an obvious difference between A5X A3X and that justify the price difference.
I remake that choice without hesitation.

batmoore's review (This content has been automatically translated from French)" Very good speakers"
Connected directly to the macbook pro, or from a NI Audio 8.
After spending much time in stores to compare, they are those who have the most.
The frequency curve could be more neutral, but enough to make a good mix. And most importantly, the sound is much better to listen than Yamaha for example.
The stereo is very good.
Use for 3 months.
These are the best compact speakers at an affordable price. The sound is simply incredible for plays of this size. Even the bass is sufficiently present, and have enough momentum to turn up the volume very loud if needed.
And most importantly, they sound really nice to listen to simple, it replaces my hi-fi (Eltax Monitor 3), with a more precise and especially a much smaller footprint.
Very good manufacturing quality, and being able to adjust the volume on a single speaker is awesome. (And we have the Bonton front). Moreover, they are guaranteed for 5 years.
For me, the best monitor speakers below 400 €.
