What motivated me:
The 8-inch woofer
I did 4 years with HS50 + box, really need to tone changed!

switch 120/240V
in case I return to France, I have abandoned my HS50 because it was not.

Which need: Listen daily, Guitar Rig, mix at

Three types of entries:
6.35 Jack + XLR
Rca

+-2.5dB acute 2filtres 2-3 db bass

Gain (notched) = practice

SOUNDS

Its defined, but not too aggressive.

Neutral enough for my use but it does not. There's a hole in the midrange.

It's 8 inches of: there are low. Very present, at least we can hear them well no worries there. Flat on the precision bass that is less compared with return to top medium - acute.

I find them very pleasant to listen to, nothing to do with my HS50.

Excelente stereo image.

OVERALL OPINION

I use them for 1 month and a half, 2 hours per day on average.

I have tried many models prior to the:

Adam A7x - Yamaha HS80 + 8 inches of Genelec - Focal - Krk - MAUDIO - Event

I had tried almost everything in the store showroom ..

I wanted Adam to A7x the base, but I did not have the budget (in Canada the adam's almost double the price of the JBL). I would say that in Europe I would have rather taken the Adam.

What I like most: Precise but not tiring, real low
What I like least: low low + mid in a little too runny for my taste

I chose the JBL in my budget because it was one that had the best record. I recommend this choice for the price I paid here (1000cad).

Listening is good for this price (it's still very subjective, given the experience with your pro).
