Samson Technologies debuts the new generation of Resolv active monitors, with three SE5, SE6 and SE8 models.
The new Samson Resolv SE5, SE6 and SE8 active monitors are evolutions of the Resolv A models. Changes apply both internally and externally. Along with a modified look, you’ll find new 5", 6.5" and 8" woofers respectively, 1.25" dome tweeters, a waveguide, a high frequency control with 4 settings, electronic crossover and magnetic shielding. The front of each monitor retains the horizontal vent with rounded edges. All the monitors are equipped with XLR, 1/4" and RCA connectors.
The 5" Resolv SE5 provides 70W of power. The frequency response is 50Hz – 27kHz and the price/unit is 115€ approximately.
The 6.5" Resolv SE6 is a 100W monitor with a frequency response from 45Hz to 27kHz and a price of 140€/unit approx.
The 8" Resolv SE8 will also provide 100W of power, the frequency response is extended to 40Hz – 27kHz and its price is 160€/unit approx.
