In fact, after some discussions with various people, I decided to acquire a pair. I own a pair of Focal CMS65 CMS + SUB, but they are now in their respective boxes in favor of HS 80.
For what purpose?
I'm training but also composes and mixes.
SOUNDS
The frequency curve is sufficiently neutral?
If it sounds on the HS80, it will sound everywhere. (Which was not the case with the Focal CMS)
The dynamics are respected?
I use an RME UFX VOVOX wired, I do not full.
The stereo is good?
This is not their strong point, but it is not dramatic. On this point the CMS were better.
The sound is clear and precise across the spectrum?
the very top end is not too late.
OVERALL OPINION
How long you use it? just over 5 months
What is so special that you love the most, least?
When you know mix it is not very difficult to make them sound.
How would you rate the quality / price?
Frankly amazing!
With experience, you do again this choice?
Absolutely.
