I had two almost simultaneously! I had to use TSR8 for 4 / 5 years

Most is the possibility to have the big sound of analog studio at home. This is a generation of magneto that can be synchronized slave to ordis, magneto digital or analog control thanks to Tascam MTS1000.
Great value to the acoustic sounds and / or rock.
The least? mmmm ... Perhaps it takes the place added to a mixer and devices, compressors, reverbs?

The value for money? This is one of the last generation of analog ... magnetos most successful - at a time during the free fall ... EXCELLENT!

If it again with the experience?? Yes! In fact, it's going to rebuild one of these four mix with my pro-tools.

I bought this unit in 1990. I used very little but suffisammentpour say it's a great machine.
Dbx by a voice dbrayable 4 tracks by 4 runs or only on the 8 for sync. I also synchronized with an atari which I used as squenceur.
If I had rsum the qualities of the gear I would say "big potato" was the dynamic of the band 24 tracks thanks to 1.5 inches. I never found with a numrique unless you have a big system, and yet ..... A sound recording on an analog machine is what it is! batteries ale ale ale!
I had a buddy ready to record a demo with his band. His condescending air of the beginning turned into a big astonishment! The sound of the machine was sitting. Since he sleeps with me (not my buddy, the magnto!).
