Well let's be pragmatic about the beast:
.dropoff Window The keyboard is nice but a little soft (we made it in fact, and we quickly fout)

.dropoff Window The Midi is implmentation Royal (I just upgrade the system via Sysx and Logic in 10 seconds)

.dropoff Window Bases Presets are powerful dj but the 2 banks supplmentaires Tlcharger on the moog site are downright incredible.

USE

Everything is simple to use and easy door.
Three operating modes accessible via the menu: Panel, Edit and master (1 button = 1 function)
The knobs facade front for control rl in time, ModWheel on the left, the touch screen in front ... great!
The manual is in English but in addition to being simply offers a veritable pedagogical approach to the synthesis and Voyager (including with modular optional)

SONORITS

Sounds: What to say is incomparable! Deep bass sounds, lead dchirants, the lectros and industrial noises ... the only thing that is missing, but this is not its function are beautiful volutives sheets (Waldorf direction Virus, newt, etc ...)
= Zero effects not matter if you work chorus, delay, reverb or compression natively on your PC / MAC / Mixer, if not a little Gnant actually

NOTICE GLOBAL

For a home studio digital audio, the spcialis synth basses, leads and Research (Indus sounds, FX, electro, etc ...) (more with the modular optional) quasi id al with ITS PRO and CREDIBLE in all cases.

I never had the chance to test a model so I can not compare.
but sound is big, fat, has sent.
My only complaint, and even select the waveform is not "free", but on the other allows a ct CRER other types of sounds so good.

OVERALL OPINION

I rvais D model of a bin as long as I will not under the nose of evidence that it is less good, I'll stay happy

The Minimoog Voyager is an analog synthesizer with three octaves and a whole lot of knobs. It also has a pitch and modulation wheel and pretty standard inputs and outputs. The Voyager has all types of synth sounds from your traditional Moog lead synth and bass. These are just the beginning sounds as the tones that can be produced with this are far and wide. It is a monophonic and polyphonic synth.

UTILIZATION

The configuration of this synth can be somewhat confusing at first because there are a ton of knobs that do a lot of different things. The capabilities of this synth are varied and since it is such a versatile machine, learning all of the things it can do take a little while. The manual is good and is definitley helpful when learning this. Once you get the hang of what everything does it is easy to manipulate and get a sound you are looking for.

SOUNDS

You can get all types of sounds on this - ranging from the traditional sounds you think of when you think of the Moog synth signature sounds, and also all types of pads and sounds effects. If you can think about the snyth sound you want, this can probably get it for you. I have it used it mostly for pop and rock songs but will of course work with dance and any type of electronic or electronic influenced music. It has a signature sound that really can't be identically reproduced without a real Moog like this one.

OVERALL OPINION

I've been using a MiniMoog Voyager for about three or four years. I'm a sucker for Moog and the sounds these make, and the Voyager is the original holy grail of Moog synthesizers. It is widely diverse and capable of a lot of different sounds and textures. While this definitley will cost you a pretty penny, if you are serious about the synthesizer, this is one of the best out there.
