NI Audio 8 DJ interface, is the RCA output balanced?

Hi there!
I've currently got a Native Instruments Audio 8 DJ interface that i'm using with Traktor.
I've just started production and I'm thinking about getting a pair of KRKs for monitoring purposes.
I'm new to the whole community so I've probably got a few misconceptions about various things, from a bit of research everyone seems to mention that using the balanced input on the KRKs is preferable. The question is just that is the RCA output from the audio 8 dj (channels 1 & 2) 'balanced'? If not, would there be any noticeable difference in terms of output quality, etc.?
