Selector amp models, 6 amp models:

-Clean: a low light, normal serious, acute slammin. Results from a study of an Eden Traveler.

-R & B bass sound clear but thicker than the clean. Results from a study of a B-15 Flip Top, 1968.

Rock: bass sound more distinctive than the previous two, the bass is fatter and warmer. Results from a study of an Ampeg SVT 1974.

-Brit: still a very distinctive sound, there is a little more than a rock, a little more grain but less fat. Results from the study of a Marshall Super Bass, 1968.

-Grinde: its really disgusting and distortion, very aggressive. Results from a study of a SansAmp PSA-1 with distortion feeding a SVT.

-Synth: then it's madness, synth sound (good bass synth not become either!) Really crazy, you come quickly to sounds kind science fiction, sounds a little Marios Bros, or still bass sounds interesting to use in groups of Electro or Metal Electronics.

Note that there have opportunity to use any amp models above and so operate in "manual" like an amp lambda.

Possibility to record up to 4 settings in the internal memory, which is really great when you want to be bored to fix everything, especially in rehearsal. The internal memory consists of 4 pre registered presets that can be retrieved later without a problem.

UTILIZATION

Setup is simple.

We obtain easily the sound one wants, and we get the same sounds that we do not expect to find!

The manual is very clear and is necessary because my taste in synth mode other commands (including orders for stamps) change feature, as well as the compressor used to determine which waveform is used which changes the sound very much .
It also explains how to save its settings (hold down a simple order memory) and how to fit (each LED of the amp selector is a string bass. Ex LED of the Rope Rock = this is completed by four memory buttons, two of the circles light up in green when you are granted)

SOUNDS

I play in a band influenced Metal Indus SOMETIMES I need a big round SOMETIMES well need an electronic sound strange, for that the Line 6 is really great.

But this is my first bass amp (I played on a 100W amp Earthquake to do everything before) and I guess everyone does not necessarily need a synth sound or change the amp models ( but it's always fun to play things different from what we usually play and have the sound of music style)

I play on a low entry level, a Storm PGB 700 (a force) and find a partner to this amp it sounds good.

There have no sound in general the amp, however I imagine that there are amps hotter and more bold in sound is probably the complaint I have with this amp, missing can be a bit of a more organic, but rest assured you it is very convincing, and the diversity of his sound palette is breathtaking.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it only for a week but I could not help but notice (the first I just signed up!) And since it is new I can not tell you how it will behave in two years.

The variety of sounds, especially the synth sound is what I prefer, it's really amazing sounds that can be obtained.
I do not necessarily some amp models but mainly because it is not a sound that sticks to what I play, but moreover I do not think that anyone would use any sounds this amp.

I have not really tried other models before buying, the salesman showed me and I immediately flashed.

I paid 460 euros, it is 400 on the internet see a little less on some sites. The value for money seems to me correct, it's a modeling amp that gives sounds that do not ring true (we really feel a change of amp) and it is still powerful.

The fan starts up by itself from a certain level of heat, making a slight noise when we play but we do not hear it.

Hard to say what I would do qi choice because I did not really back yet from this purchase, so I put 8, I guess we can do better with more expensive amps and with a lot effects not incorporated.

Finally, I advise everyone to go to the website of Line 6 to see the video presentation, but also to go in the store just to try it and see what you think!

OVERALL OPINION

Ac I play this amp for about 7 months
jaime bcp being able to have the greatest amps in a single whole for its "only" 450 euro

by jaime against a little less power a bit feeble to me
and weight, it is really heavy and bulky

I think so I would do if I had that choice the same level but I have evolved vrois direct me to the heavier and more powerful
