Thread PC performance advice needed

HI, I'm new to this site so please go easy on me.

My currant set up is....

Fujitsu Siemens Scaleo 600
3.2ghz P4 HT processer
3gb ram
250gb hard drive

Cubase SE3

Edirol FA-66 Firewire sound card

Midisport 2x2 USB interface

Roland Fantom-S
Korg Triton

loads of VST's

My problem is that the processor indicator (F12 I think) shows the system is running at about 80-90% with only a few VST's working. Has anyone got any set up tips to improve my PC's performance?

I do switch off my anti virus, printer, scanner and Internet when recording music.

Is it worth me upgrading to a dual core processor or buying a second hard drive etc?

Firstly clean your desktop icon and delete temporary files after that clean your PC dust by vacuum cleaner finally scan your PC with Malware Removal for remove virus and threats from your PC then restart your PC.
