Hi,
I've recently purchased an ALESIS IO/2 audio card which has given me a few problems. At first Reason would not run alongside Cubase (Rewire) which I have now sorted, but also i'm not having much luck with Soundforge.

I've got a few tracks i'd done a while back in Fruity Loops. I'm wanting to split these parts for remixing, but it's no longer letting me record in Soundforge whilst playing in FL. (I know there's a way to extract parts within FL but the vst's- Pro 53 etc dont go into the same folder, or in fact anywhere.)
I can only think it's something to do with the soundcard settings as i was always able to do this with my internal card. The manual is very vague and doesnt say anything about trouble shooting. (The web site isn't very helpful either and the email i sent them is still yet to be answered.)
I think they expect their products to be so good that they dont need to include this.
Had i done a bit more research into this piece of hardware i think i'd have looked elsewhere.

Hope i've explained this ok.

PLEASE HELP!!!! (preferably an idiots guide)
