Topic help with new software
hey,
i just installed music creator pro by cakewalk and i cant hear anything so i went and tried to "enable audio outputs" but the box that pops up does not have any sound cards to pick from. I have the sound card that came with my computer, it is a "Realtek AC'97 Audio for VIA(R) Audio Controler".

Any help much welcomed,

Have you tried tried the Cakewalk Music Creator Forums?

The AC'97 is more of an onboard soundcard; pretty much limited for recording. I use Sonar but there should be a Wave Profiler somewhere in MC. Try setting your audio to use the WDM drivers.
