cubase/cakewalk converter

Hi,

I'm lokking for the best way to convert cakewalk files projects into Cubase ones. I've found that they both support OMF format. But OMF format does not support MIDI and so I have to create two files : one for midi and one for audio. A lto of parameters disappear with this operation. Anybody knows a converter tool ?
