Yes.

16 channel, 4 or the bus (or 2 in / 2 bus), a stereo,
4 analog mic with XLR and phantom insert, 4 line / mic (gain +30 dB max), plus extension possible via T-DIF and S / PDIF or AES, for up to 16 track.
The qualiseur Is paramtrique?
Parametric EQ with 1 shelf and 2 (top and bottom) parameterized frequency. A little light .. no real low-cut and no slope parameters on the shelf.
An effects section intgre is it? ...
Yes, not tip top, but exploitable trs .. must be put in his era!
What is the precision of chantillonage (bits / kHz)?
48kHz 24bit.
Automation is it support?
Yes!

yes, especially the Yamaha 01v SERIES 02R 03d ..
