Notice for European Traktor Kontrol S4 users

Here is the message from Native Instruments:

“Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing Traktor Kontrol S4 – we hope that it continues to inspire your DJing!

We have an important message for you if you are a current or potential user of the “Continental European”-type power plug adapter that has shipped with your Kontrol S4 unit.

Unfortunately, we have found out that a small percentage of these adapters have a manufacturing defect. When pulling the affected adapters out of the outlet, they can break apart and their inner contacts can become exposed, potentially creating the risk of electrical shock.

While there have not been any reported accidents, we have decided to replace all previously delivered Continental European power plug adapters free of charge in order to eliminate any possible risk for our customers.”
