Washburn D-10

I paid ca $300 for this guitar from musicians friend. I wanted a quality acoustic/electric.

The guitar has an ornate quilted maple top.
I like the cutaway. It provides access to the upper frets.
The tone is "Sweet."
The action is low and the fretboard is flat.
It's easy to play.

The bridge cracked after a month.
Washburn paid for the replacement costs.

The electronics have needed some adjusting from time to time.

The Construction is good.

Some flaws as mentioned, but after the adjustments it looks and sounds fine.

I've used this guitar on recordings and in performance settings. It always gets comments on the tone, and the finish.

I like this guitar.

I use an old MODEL: D 10 EC, which looks exactly like water!

Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar with cutaway.
On D10CE MODEL: Prampli 3-band 9v battery operated inside of the box (it must dtendre the strings to change the battery!)
In the era (1993) bought just under 3000 FRs.

UTILIZATION

Good run, enjoyable in its price range, bass drum, this guitar is balance.

SOUNDS

Sutain Excellent! With the same age, credit and slotted nut rpar awkwardly, the sutain remained intact. It is a pleasure for the picking and ballads.

SOUND:
The bass drum makes a loud and a little prs balance. Good bass, treble a little worse. Agreements with rounded sound, they fill the space! I do...…

SOUND:
The bass drum makes a loud and a little prs balance. Good bass, treble a little worse. Agreements with rounded sound, they fill the space! I do not think this is a MODEL destiny but the soloists to plutt accompaniments. (Score = 7 or 8)

ELECTRO:
Blaisse down. The prampli is a bit feeble, sharp corrections. The highs are pretty scathing. Tested on a Marshall AS50. (Score = 6)

OVERALL OPINION

Used for ten years, she suffered while the worst heat, the worst cold, it falls (my body is abdomen), has cracked the nut (the wild by rpar a music store), my mcanique R moves a little of the head, I had to replace the input jack but it still sounds! Fidler still, it retains the basic sound of n essence. Wood has plutt well before taking into account the above remarks. The coating remained intact.
The pros:
- The Sustain
- A certain warmth of its acoustic
- The shape-General for the instrument

THE -:
- The battery in the box!! Fortunately, we do not change every day!
- The prampli (and / or micro) too low in quality is lost compartment acoustics

VALUE / PRICE:
Everything is honorable

IF it again:
I ever did. Besides, I dj considering the change for a guitar of the same range, I find this sound in Yamaha acoustic.

The one I have is a 1988 model, simple sound. It has 20 frets, mounted on a handle or too wide nor too late.

UTILIZATION

The handle is nice except that it is not as well regulated, the strings are a bit high (barette easel cleats ...)...
Access to acute becomes difficult after the 16th case ...
Good ergonomics.
His side: In simple sound, I find his honorable and even more its ridiculous price.
Otherwise, I use as material for the amplification: a micro rosette "Seymour Duncan" and a Fender amp "Acoustasonic 30", and here I must say that it makes pretty good! Simple rub, as this is not an electro-acoustic, I do not have volume on the guitar preamps, giving the volume out of...…

Simple rub, as this is not an electro-acoustic, I do not have volume on the guitar preamps, giving the volume out of the amp is a little weak. But I managed to bypass the problem behind you Acoustasonic30 output (taking out) that I connected to my electric guitar amp, a Peavey Bandit 112 from home. And then more problems of volume and sound you ... I actually did a little with this guitar (and my installation) outdoors during the music festival on 18 June ... If you want more information: http://zienooo.canalblog.com I have a photo with ...

SOUNDS

Best suited to the rhythm but the Agege it very well too. The only point I do not like is the Sonita agreements to treble.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 2 years now, I found a Rederi. As I was looking for an acoustic for a while, I jumped at the chance ...
I love everything about her except the sound of the agreements to the treble.
Very good quality / price ratio
I do it again at this price that choice. I still can not put me in mind it is not worth its price ...
