I use it for 6 months nothing to say about the sound, I tried almost all batteries in maple, well I can tell you that this one does not have to blush. This drumkit is sold with Remo clear but I still changed with coated emperor (after everyone's tastes but the original skins are still good quality), the hardware is heavy and very solid, especially the foot clear case of infinitely adjustable positioning in front of you! the bass drum pedal adjustable double chain also is very comfortable around so much that I bought a double bass drum craft.
At first I was afraid for his color but get bored and not everyone finds it beautiful on stage (and me too) and for the price (no drumkit maple with hard ware is also tough sold at that price) I could try. I do it again this choice with your eyes closed I'm very satisfied
