Sonor Force 2005
Published on 05/12/06 at 15:00I bought the Stage Set 1 (22 x 17.5 bass, 12 x 10, 13 x 11, 16 x 16 toms and 14 x 5.5 snare)online from the Drum Power Melbourne store for AU$1299 but it retails for AU$1795 so I guess I got a good deal.
Strong, punchy bass. Easy to tune and will usually stay in tune. Nice sounding toms. The famous Sonor TAR system is great! Remo heads and full birch 9ply shells how can I complain. The finish is amazing (I have the wax blue fade) Best of all the sound is just awesome.
Hardware could be a little better quality, but it's pretty good as is. I did replace 1 of the boom stands with a better pearl stand. Snare can be a little ringy.

Sonor have always made great quality kits and this is no exception. It is of the highest quality!
An exceptional quality kit for a very reasonable price. Excellent value semi professional kit - you definitely won't be disappointed!

CC 14 "5.5 toms 10x10, 12x10, 13x11, 16x16, 22x17 GC, 5. I use it for two months, its rich and deep, beautiful finish (white pearl!), Accessories solid original skins very correct . In addition to the Sonor was interchangeable, so the drumkit can be played in multiple configurations from January to April toms. Thomann equipment purchased at a great price (666 euros). It sounds terrible and for the price it gets a treat .00
- lord stolasPublished on 07/09/06 at 06:34 (This content has been automatically translated from French)I have a strong 2000 and wanting to have two bass drums in the same SERIES knowing that the new force in 2000 are no longer manufactured, I had to buy two bass drums force in 2005. Its been 3 weeks that I have, the sound goes well with the rest of my was, and frankly to his mid-range sounds really really, really well trs! The report price is really exellent quality. I'm sure to have the same quality in pearl or tama you have to put twice the price at which I have AQUIT. I'm really happy trs! With a budjet like mine (ie not standard) I Do not hesitate to do exactly the same choice!00

The original skin are generally not suitable Ormis the snare, it is more difficult to be a grant but with a bit of percevérence we arrive at a very good sound.
This drumkit have very good value for money, really pleased!00 - AnonymousPublished on 04/03/07 at 03:46 (This content has been automatically translated from French)So it's been 7-8 months since I use it ...
Well, I paid 850 euros on drums thomann, I expected not to big sound that kills her mother.
But for the price, it sounds altogether. It feels good 9-ply birch, it is quite warm at the toms, bass drum a little cheap, too slammed, and the snare ... Well, it's a horror, but it is a snare drum with a series of 850 euros so that's I think it's normal, I think I'll really invest one day in a real case.
I tried a lot of models before ... Mapex Venus, Mars, Pearl Forum, ELX, Tama Rockstar, SwingStar, Gretsch I know which model, DW (aaaah ).... if I was rich
Really excellent value for money.

With the experience ..... with more money and with lots of "if", I would have taken the model above! But things being what they are, yes I do it again this choice.

After a year of fairly intensive use in the workplace, a few concerts in recent months .... For the price, this drumkit is a killer.
It took me a year to make it sound, but I finally got:
- Toms hit by Evans G2 / Evans Resonant resonance
- Evans EQ3 on bass drum hits / Aquarian resonance
- Remo CS Snare coated in striking / Remo Emperor clear resonance.
The bass drum: I play lots of styles, often rock, I need potato at the kick ... But I put nothing in it, not even a piece of quilt, not even the smallest piece of paper roll ass. The bass drum: I play lots of styles, often rock, I need potato at the kick ... But I put nothing in it, not even a piece of quilt, not even the smallest piece of paper roll ass. And it sounds serious. Its super focused, it's "poc" with a little sustain serious and good, but nothing disgusting, happiness. Excellent electro, great rock, but too dry and clean for the metal such as 20 inches.
Toms: After a setting and pushed a lot of testing, I kept a standard setting, strike / resonance tuned to the same note, and I was still pretty yucky harmonics. So I took my old skin and cut slices of 1 cm wide for all toms. Kind of mutes the poor. And I have no parasite.
The Snare: The major weakness. I optimized the skin, I would have put a stamp circles molded high-end if I were convinced that it would serve some purpose. But nothing to do, it rings hollow. I'm looking for a gretsch ludwig or wood, deep and warm, if someone has a good plan ....
I put 9, -1 is for the snare.
Quality / price ratio: more than excellent.See less00
