The new P 64-1500 has a processing power of 1500 MIPS, according to Dynacord, who says it's equally suitable for fixed installations and live sound.

Based on the P 64 (modular network compatible, up to 32 audio channels free configurable) the P 64–1500 Digital Audio Matrix Manager is equipped with a DSP-2 Card. The module can also provide additional DSP for the expansion of signal processing capacity as well as RAM to help acommodate long delays or additional delay lines, according to the company.

To enable de-centralized audio systems, multiple systems can be connected to the P 64–1500 via CobraNet. For more complex operations, the audio system controller is also designed to provide integrated control and logic possibilities. Control and supervision of the P 64–1500 run via IRIS-Net with additional benefits such as “System Check”.
