The new Hoellstern Delta 12.2 and Delta 12.2 DSP 2-channel amplifiers are available now.
Their output power is 2 x 2,2 kW into 8 ohms, 2 × 4,4 kW into 4 ohms and up to 2 × 8 kW into 2 ohms with a peak current of 2 × 125 A. The amplifiers weigh 10 kg in a 2 RU enclosure of 30 cm depth.
A 16 A mains connection is sufficient, according to the company. “In practice the relatively small no-load current and the high efficiency will result in lower mains requirements and reduced energy needs, ” Hoellstern says.
