It produces a clean sound appropriate for a recording studio. And it is obviously good enough for rehearsals and concerts (it's even nearly too good for punk music...). It's very rugged. Before buying it I recorded with a couple of professional mics from a friend (I can't recall the mic names).
- How would you rate its value for money?
Nearly unimaginable.

Now that my budget has increased I would choose an SM58...
