Sibelius Auralia

The program works on any platform either Windows XP, Windows Seven or MAC OS , so compatibility issues shouldn't be a problem.

The manual included with the program is great , Avid made a great book explaining how the program works , how it's made and the basics of it.

The general configuration and setup is quite fast , I haven't had any problems with it , and it took me a short amount of time to get it done.

The typical functions are easy to spot trough a great designed interface with a lot of chapters and topics to choose from.

SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

The software works good in this configuration , everything is well made and produced.

The gear and software is very stable and works without any time of interference.

I'm getting very good performances in training certain information , pitch control , understanding of the musical rhythm with this program.
I've been using Auralia from Avid for about 3-4 months and I totally love it.

OVERALL OPINION

What I really like most about this certain product is that is covers a lot of musical elements , a lot of ground , a lot a certain detailed aspects of the music itself , like rhythm , pitch , harmony , composition etc.
I also do like that you have the possibility to choose from certain levels of understanding , so once you get better at it you can go the the next level , so the program has complexity as well.

The design must be mentioned as well , it's very easy to get an understanding of it and follow certain elements on which you would like to develop your level of knowledge.

My opinion about the value of price is shared with many other people , this is a great product if you're looking for something to improve your understanding and your musical abilities.

Precision of the program is outstanding , and of course Avid couldn't do a better job with quality.

Knowing what I know , I would get this program again.
