This is a low turnout South Korea.

Channel: Screwed, Maple
Fingerboard: Maple
Type of Frets: 21 Medium
Markers: Dots
Body: Alder
Tuners: Grover Vintage
Bridge: Schecter Vintage Bass
Hardware: Chrome
Pickups: Monster tone II
Controls: 2 x Volume and 1 Tone / push pull

I also have a Diamond J Ivory I for a while but it the fingerboard is rosewood.

UTILIZATION

The handle is very nice, quite end and slide really well. Me singing at the same time, I'm really comfortable because the handle falls off by itself in the hand and is not too heavy.
Access to acute is easy enough even if it is not really in my game The push pull is enough anecdotal but deserves to be there and can be used for a slightly softer sound.

SOUNDS

I mostly play with a pick in a style that goes from hard rock sleaze and through the heavy and the sound is really amazing, very jazz bass in the soul but with a more powerful side which gives roundness with the same time plenty of attack. I use this bass and his little sister in a Ampeg Portaflex Ivory PF-500 coupled to a cab Ampeg Portaflex PF-115 HE and the sound is huge! This bass is very good in the register in which I use but it is also very versatile and can venture without problem in other styles.

OVERALL OPINION

I had pretty low in the past such as a Thunderbird and especially a Les Paul Oversized but since I tasted this Schecter, I sold my gear ^ ^.
I use it for a few months but she already has a few concerts in the face and will be many more! This is a very well finished bass, sunburst is beautiful and it is made to last.
The price / quality ratio is very good, I also had the opportunity to try some Fender and this Diamond J has not ashamed to face an AM Standard Jazz Bass for a much lower price!
I certainly would do this choice, Moreover, Gloss Black Version branch me well: p
