OVERALL OPINION
The GSP 2101 is a studio multi-effects preamp rather dedicated to the guitar. It includes an analog preamp section: Can we attack the multi-effects processor (32-bit S-DISC), which can be used alone because you can skip the preamp through a loop insert. Added to this the complete MIDI implementation, the Control One footswitch control, an effects loop on the machine and balanced outputs with amp simulator. Notice the scratch: The preamp is great: great sounds good to sustain huge dirty sounds muffled, everything is ... but the guitar should be equal. The multi-effect is very powerful: the programmable algorithms can do extraordinary things (sounds to Vai with Pitch, Detune multiple Harmonizer ,...).
