With a street price of US $449 / 449 € (street price), the Firehawk FX multi-effect pedal gives guitar players the opportunity to use a selection of amps and effects loaded from your iOS or Android mobile device. Line 6 used here the Bluetooth wireless technology from its AMPLIFi series.
You can choose between 200 Line 6 amps and effects, including 50 HD models, access additional presets stored on the Cloud and controlled via the 10 footswitches available on the pedalboard. The Firehawk FX also features a tap tempo/tuner function, bank switches, a large Blend control, as well as overdrive, effect, reverb and 3-band EQ controls.
Connexions on the Firehawk FX include a 1/4” guitar input (of course), a VDI input for the Variax guitars, XLR and 1/4” stereo outputs, a stereo effect loop, a headphone output, a connector for an additional pedal and a USB port to record to Mac OS X, Windows or iOS.
