Value For Money : Excellent
Pretty stuff (5 seconds delay, wouaou!) And also lots of fun gadgets useless.
it's numeric.
Not need the G2 with USB
audio connectors, a stereo output jack, must use a Y. Annoying (or I know I Motes)

UTILIZATION

Config simple. before returning permanently in its box, I understood everything in less than 10 minutes, sounds, editing, patches, banks, etc ... no problems.
The manual (there are 5 for 5 different languages including French one) is simple, concise and understandable at leisure.
Making a sound, no problem. easy, 9 effects mixed with it I thought I had found my happiness ... Unfortunately, this system is not used in scene setup. Too boring to locate banks / patch. is desirable to identify any well (must be a directory such as the A0 / Song A1 A2 ditto etc etc) and therefore must press all the time up and down, it's not possible. and if we have a variety of sounds a tad high, see one or more per piece, and much good luck. even if the sounds were in rendezvous ...

SOUND QUALITY

But here or is the other problem: it does not ring. Okay so I put a flat. I think with an amp "right" type Roland JC or something like that, it should not be too mal.Certaines simultaneously are nice (the boss or gvnor, not bad) the rest is too distinctive and hurts ears. I had a boss metal zone once, I wonder where is the simultaneous zoom in? Otherwise, tremolo, delay, chorus at all bristling parameters as responsible for some useless without sound good. I had fun comparing the chorus of G2 compared to my Boss CE5, well there is no comparison. The zoom is like all the products of his bill, digital and cold, a cold anesthetized. The chorus is hot boss, I now understand the price differences a little better.

And to think using amp simulator proposed by the G2, even "revisited" by programming a personal, to boost the preamp of an amplifier all-tube, there must be altogether forgotten. I tried in every way on my Soldano and on my Fender Blues Deville, it sucks. See below.

OVERALL OPINION

I bought "eyes closed", it will teach me. I have based on what I read in the benchmarks, including here. Like what tastes and colors ... That said I still spent a good thirty minutes to play around with the store or Decazeville I bought it and it seemed nice. Well, 120 euros I have not done too badly but still.
So actual usage, an hour (I sell it, see announcement).
I wanted something that "boosts" my Soldano, quite the opposite happened. In short, I remain faithful to my tube screamer, my DD3 and my CE5 chorus. there is no better than analog when seeking a warm and sensual (if I may say). zoom g2, it must be great with a mediocre amp. and it certainly made for metal, given the distortions (+ simultaneously worked) ... and it's cheap. As we say each other for money, and no more.
