UTILIZATION

The instalation was messy. It goes through a series of dialog that say that the installation is ok when it is not over. I slaved many night but I should point out that I had a conflict with my old sound card that was original scorched but not disabled in the bios. I know nothing but the latest ones work fine. The card is detected at each Start up of my computer without crashing.

Mixvibes and freeware. It runs but I have small cracks from time to time (every 2 or 3 hours and sometimes not at all. But I think it is a problem which is very greedy mixvibes appears in its version Pro 6.) With a high latency there is no such cracking infrequent but the latency is too great for scratching. So glad I sound a little bug from time to time in the end not so annoying because I mix for my pleasure. Anyway, I&#39;ll move on serato with the FA101.
Latency is perfectly suitable for the mix, and eine too strong for my taste for the ultra scratch but I require and I come from vinyl and I suspect that is why I notice very cettte slight lag bothers me for scratching.

Cons: I hated the install, the latency slightly bother me too much but I&#39;m not sure that only the card is concerned: I confirmed when I serato and / or a new computer more powerful.
