Value For Money :
Excellent
I wanted a mobile audio interface for my Toshiba M40X 118
Pentium M730 equipped with TI firewire internal 1 GB RAM + 1 External USB2 HD 7200 trs / min
and the Possibility of extension with my already well-equipped home studio (I'm a singer songwriter, guitarist, keyboard enthusiast for almost always)
UTILIZATION
Regarding the installation is better to copy the driver from the CD to the HD or directly download the latest update it and after a trouble free installation manual in English ... shame but the interface is intuitive and once the 'we understand the spirit of the cue-mix we say that it is very easy and we are very intelligent ... M and M as Motu Mac as PC users are left out grrrr .. and for Tanpis "AudioDesk" the software supplied with the Ultralite
GETTING STARTED
There is the brand experience for drivers is super stable.
For the latency varies between I 96 and 512 samples as appropriate.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for 3 months soon and I think the sound is clean, neutral, non-aggressive Péchu. I appreciate the mini side table mix, the gain setting can be saved each entry, this allows among others to leave their equipment connected to his ideas quickly enrregistrer thus avoiding an opportunity to connect to reconnect his cables.Les buttons facade are also ultralite mini but then ...
This is a good value for money, I had problems with the Konnekt 24D (and other cuts of his ...) I could test, compare with the Konnekt Motu together for one week of the two brands qualitée Each one is as good with its extras (effects, adat for Konnekt / more analog inputs, more possibilities for mixing Motu) But on my system well over the Ultralite in terms of the Konnekt stabilitée then j ' have kept and no regrets the Motu.
