First and foremost this is a fresh opinion, I did some grappling with the beast.
18 inputs and 12 outputs, midi in 2 and 4 out, 4 channel inserts, complete monitoring, a brief price / CHARACTERISTICS interessant.Je serves me for now engaged voice, guitar and bass and in the near future with an expander.
Personal assembled pc with NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra + amd dualcore 4200 + 2 GB firewire chipset ram.Interface via.Dd SATA2 200 go.xp pro
the beats come into direct jack (switchable between hgain) and the microphone, well I have a choice!
I put 9 because nothing is perfect.
UTILIZATION
Installation without any problem by carefully following the RULES and use prcautions.
no incompatibility for the following moment.Pour I pass a config mini (p3 800 mghz SBLive drivers kx) has I must say that I was not too largu.Le t mix is fairly simplistic Aesthetics but driving is flawless.
the manual is like the mix!
GETTING STARTED
For now give me the drivers Entire satisfaction and fortunately because the xp grind dernire date of commencement in 2005 I believe. (Mac people are slightly better off).
I use Cubase SX3 and latency is 6 ms (without forcing)
in the number of tracks I do not know yet but I turned a lot of effects and virtual trespassers with no sudden boom and fry! Even when the pc config is important!
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for a week
have not been around the craft I can hardly judge of its peculiarities. The look is simple and effective and only a few knobs LGERS drangent me a little but only for home studio use so basta!
it's my audio interface and Premire vritable I think the quality price ratio is pretty good, mainly in terms of its assz compltes CHARACTERISTICS.
