help required Problems with PreSonus Firebox & HP Pavilion with Vista

Ive been going insane trying to get this Presonus Firebox interface to work with Vista. I finally download the patch from their website and in my sound manager it says its working but microphone not recording says "Realtek High Definition audio not plugged in". Do I need to install a new soundcard? Or is there an easier fix.. thanks

Hello,
If Windows is asking for a Realtek driver, it might mean that you have to change the sound card name for the mic in the audio preferences in Windows.
